What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and profile photo from the sign-in you choose (Google, Apple or email code).
• Location: your phone records its location in the background so it can measure your Lime rides. The route of each ride is stored. The raw location log is kept for seven days so a wrong ride can be checked, then deleted.
• Lime receipts: if you connect Gmail, we read emails from Lime only, to get ride times and pass purchases. We never read other email.
• When you open the Lime app: a timestamp, sent by a Shortcut you set up, used to tell rides apart.
• Motion: if you allowed it, whether your phone thought a ride was cycling or driving. Optional.

What we do with it

Rank riders by minutes and miles on public leaderboards, show your own rides back to you, and let you share a card of a ride or a rank. Your display name, photo, city and ride totals are visible to other users. Your routes and email are not.

What we do not do

We do not sell data. We do not show ads. We do not share your data with anyone except the services that run the app (hosting, sign-in, email access), and only to run it.

Deleting your data

In the app, You › Delete recorded locations removes the location log from your phone and our servers. To delete your whole account and every ride, email jovewinston@gmail.com and it is done within 7 days.
